Overcarriage Undercarriage	We didn't try to reinvent the combine's drive system - we just moved it. The transmission to final drive power train on most leveling combines is complex and expensive. The 2000 Series system moves the original, reliable, transmission-to-final-drive assembly from the combine's main axle down to the 2000 Series' leveling undercarriage. There are no extra or non-stock drive train parts, and the results are impressive. This efficient and reliable design keeps the tread face of the tires flat on the ground for increased traction and stability. You can even equip this leveling system with dual drive tires for the ultimate in stability and flotation.

	No Cables!

Hydraulic Header Control	Today’s wider headers demand a better header control solution than yesterday’s cables and pulleys. Hillco Leveling Systems are equipped with an advanced master/slave hydraulic circuit that coordinates rotation between the combine chassis, header, and ground to deliver the ultimate in ground hugging performance. Equip your header with Field Tracker sensors and enjoy the superb performance of fully automated lateral tilt and height control. Manual override, at the touch of a finger, overrides header tilt to take care of those nasty terraces and other unusual ground contours and it works great for tight maneuvering through gates and bridges.

Full-Flow Feeding System	Every Hillco leveling system is equipped with a crop feeding system that ensures maximum throughput. Whether it’s green, viney crops and weeds or short slick straw conditions, Hillco Leveling Systems deliver the capacity you expect from your Axial Flow combine.

Electronic Slope Control	Hillco Leveling Systems are equipped with state-of-the-art digital electronic slope control sensors. This super accurate, super smooth sensing system ensures your combine is always level and running at peak performance Select automatic mode and the sensor monitors chassis position and makes corrections by outputting signals to the proportional hydraulic leveling valve. This ensures smooth slow speed adjustments for small corrections yet ramps up to higher speeds for more major slope changes such as turning on sidehills. With a touch of a finger the manual override allows the operator to adjust the chassis position anywhere within the leveling range of the system. This is especially handy for unloading in windy conditions. The electronics are built tough and environmentally sealed to provide years of trouble free service.

	Nothin’ Fancy

Rear Drop Axle	To level a combine you must first raise it. That’s the job of the drop axle assembly. This bolt-on component replaces the center portion of the rear steering axle to balance the combine’s height fore-and-aft after installation of the carriage system. The drop axle’s heavy-duty design accommodates both 2wd and 4wd rear axles. The Model 2800 can be fitted with ballast weight plates to balance your combine when equipped with today's larger headers.
